This Privacy Policy governs our data practices in connection with your use of our apps. All apps are created by Krillsoft LLC, a limited liability company under United States law, with offices located at 11820 Northrup Way, Suite E200, Bellevue, WA 98005 , USA.
Our apps function on a paid subscription model, with a free evaluation period. By using the App, you are consenting to our processing of data as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
1. What data do our Apps obtain?
1.1 We do not collect any data about you or the way the App is used.
a. Automatically Collected Data – We do NOT automatically collect any information of any type, including the type of device you use, your location, or data connection status and success/failure of connection, or data about the way you use the App.
b. User Provided Data – The only data you provide, such as flight numbers and dates, are forwarded to our flight data supplier. The flight status results that are returned are stored by the app and is fully visible by the user as “My Trips” or “Past Trips”. No other statistics are generated or stored by the app.
2. Data Sharing and Advertising
2.1 Since we do not collect any data about you, we do not and cannot share your data with any third parties.
2.2 We do not work with analytics companies to help us understand how the App is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage.
3. Managing Your Data
3.1 Since your data is not collected, managing your data is not necessary.
4. Business Transfers
4.1 Since your data is not collected, any merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets does not apply.
5. Children
5.1 We do not use the App to solicit data from or market to children under the age of 16.
6. Security
6.1 We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect data we process and maintain. Since we do not collect any personal information, security requirements are greatly reduced as there is no sensitive information that can be accessed.
7. Data Retention Policy
7.1 Since no user data is collected, Data Retention Policies do not apply.
8. Subscriptions
8.1 Our apps operate on a subscription based business model. After a short evaluation period, you will be required to purchase an auto-renewing subscription to continue to access flight information. This means your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period.
8.2 You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the application by signing in to your iTunes account on your computer.
8.3 If you purchase a subscription with automatic renewal, you acknowledge and agree that we are authorized to charge you through your iTunes account for the renewal and you will be charged for the regular price of your subscription within 24 hours prior to the end of the current term. You can turn off automatic renewal in your iTunes account settings, but you must do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current term to avoid renewing. Refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of any term.
8.4 Your payment is managed by Apple via iTunes and you will need to contact Apple customer service for refunds, as we are not able to process refunds ourselves. Your purchase will be subject to Apple’s applicable payment policy, which may not provide for refunds.
9. Changes
9.1 This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here: https://krillsoft.com/privacy-policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
